She is still waiting in que for 45 mins because staff went for lunch.
Then why arrange at 1230pm.

Or layan say that how can you help them or us with small favor. Since already arrive at entrance. Saw already but act don't see us. Which means you think is the security job who has to layan us. But the thing is we don't know where is your security guard went that time? so better just help lo if can.. tq
