★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience as different officers shared different things. We are there to put FD and the officer downstairs tell us 1 thing and send us upstairs. Then the other officer upstairs tell us different thing. Then a week later when we go there again to pass the check for FD, the upstairs officer was on leave, then another officer tell us totally different thing again. When you go to this branch, make sure whatever you are told, get the officer to write down and sign off! Or record what they say!
After feedback to the officer who gave me her card the branch service manager called me and apologize for the inconveniences, add 1 star due to this.

It’s UOB’s norm to make you wait an hour to clear 4 pax in front of you although they have at least 6 staffs that are visible. Sickening. In a bad way!!
