★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday 23/8/2021 ,BAD service, did not inform earlier one day before my appointment day about the temporarily close down bcoz of covid cases. When I arrived there morning only saw the close down notice , and after I came back only ask me about my replacement for the appointment, how RIDICULOUS is this, I BURNED my half day work SALARY in this such pandemic period, how much the half day salary meant to me and wasting my TIME. SHOULD INFORM earlier before my appointment date while I still can cancel my leave. NOT responsible enough....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here mostly to withdraw cash from the ATM machines which are by the way only open until midnight. I had on one occasion to acquire a banker's cheque from this branch. The staff was helpful though the wait was quite a while. I was given a queue no and had to go upstairs. Apparently, some customers didn't wait even after getting a queue no and I noticed that there are those who would just go to the counter when nobody answers to the no being called. I think the staff has to be stricter in this aspect otherwise what's the point of the queue no?
