โ โ โ โ โ Slow service, even though a few counters are open, they just don't serve anybody, only 1 counter is serving people for account opening and other services.
I have waited more than half an hour until they serve me, do take note that there is only 1 person they are serving before my turn and to make matter worse, the person on the counter beside the one I am sitting, is talking to the person serving me, which slow down the process even more
