★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter service too damn slow. The person in charge of que number not always at counter when she is doing other job, I understand but at least just leave the deposit/withdraw forms so no need to wait a long que just to get the forms.. Plus need to fill it up first then show to the person.. Then only u get the number. When you depositing money more than a certain amount, you can't go to the counter, you need to go to room 7.. Bad experience when no one in the room but need to wait for more than an hour.. Just said it that the worker gone out or anything so that we don't wasre time there waiting for nothing. One star for poor service, I'll give it a 5 star for place where you want to waste time.. The aircond is cold n comforting :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is very slow. Its already 0930 am and yet to be open, the line is already long. FFS, just open the door already and serve the long queue. People come early in the morning to settle things quickly, but you guys took so long for your morning meeting. Sigh. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ such a rude customer service , this lady with tudung speak a rude tone, didnt give complete information ask you to sit down without giving a que no, when i ask did i have a no or not she keep asking me to sit down with "rude tone" then suddenly inform me to leave because their"system" down. so if your system down why dont inform us so we dont have to wait for more than 40mins outside. some staff let their aquintance to cut que also. please improve your customer service skills. we didnt come in for fun. its our money there to withdraw. happen today 13/10 at 9.30am-10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. The female staff is not friendly. I ask for que number first but then when other customer come she gave them first. Just waste my time. Luckily there's a male staff that help me to get the number rather than I have to wait for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at the entrance to assist you with queue no. Be prepared to walk a bit as nearby parking may be few. Normally a slight queue outside as only allowed a small no. of visitors at any one time.
