★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being A Private Banking Member Doesn't Matter Much!!-
This is the one Maybank brunch I've been to several times with my mum which has the worst service ever!! We are Private Banking members which means we get a different queue no when we go to the bank, but this counter is forever unmanned and the ordinary line is faster. The staff behind the counter constantly make errors on documents pertaining names and signatures, and write it off with "can la" attitude. They are supposed to be senior staff. This is really not how a puopion bank should be run. Today after my mum ran down to switch her queue no to an ordinary one and complained about how the counters were unmanned, they suddenly called up all Private Banking numbers. Unbelievable!! You guys need to buck up or you will loose customers to competitor banks.
