β β β β β you have to fill in 10 forms just to open an account, then they will manually key in to their system, at the same time, their colleague will come over and chit chat for a while. The whole process wasted 1 hour +. Very inefficient.

Waited 1 hour to cash cek with teller. Need better Managment in this bank. I cant brain if ask customer to wait 1 hour with out chair in the hot sun. Noob Branch Manager. Please resign.

β β β β β Come today for opening my bank account but need to wait for another 1 week to get card as they said need some approvals. Wait quite long but good im make appointment before. Hope they can have better management so can speed up the work better

β β β β β Vey slow and bad service. To open account need to one week. But when i come for second time, still need to wait long que. the officer ask me too make it appointment to avoid que. But when i come still need to wait. And the guard very rude and not follow the prosedure, just simply to enter counter which i do the appointment one week ago. Very disappointed service.

β β β β β 5 counter just 1 people in counter. And didnβt serve any customers. Keep chitchat only. Services really damn slow. Been waiting 30min n here just 2 customer waiting only but till now 30min ago still havenβt call any customer number. Walao beh tahan lo. I just want change small change only. Really waste my time!!!!
