other branches fully booked and only work 3 hours every day. took annual leave, came all the way from klang to subang jaya, front desk lady told me i am not eligible for asnb with her wrong knowledge. HELLO KAK, ASNB IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR MALAY OR BUMI ONLY OK! Not even let me meet any bank officer for further discussions, not even asking my ne or reconfirm my appointment. insisted i have to leave and seek for approval from the government or something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the freaking rude staff here!! almost several times these people being rude. dah la service terok. then sidai client.. open bank 9.30 am???? when client called,they talked harshly & hang off the fon while i still talking...hello wht type of maybank uoll ni?? Maybank SS15 damn good compare than maybank conplant.
