★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the counter transaction is very poor in meeting its turnaround time. I hv to wait more than 1hour plus for my husband to be attended @the counter when there is not much customer at that time . it's just 7 customer before him. Transaction utk asb mmg tersangat lmbt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queues and process time is really long. Try to get your work done online most time. Don't visit bank so they can focus on system betterment rather your petty issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. I came to activate Maybank account to use for Lokal2 Support Ard 12 noon. The staff who stands outside with the security women said I have no company stamp and chase me even though I have enough documents. My personal consultant from Maybank KL help me to ask the officer inside the office. They said today is full. Then why the guy lie to me? He keep asking me to do a stamp because it is compulsory. I have 2 more business under other banks. It is not compulsory for activate the account. Please be honest and customers can understand. Not chase away customers like this method. Waste my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to open SME current account, better fill up the form online and then book an appointment at the selected branch for verification. Dont waste your time queuing up. Plus new operating hours is from 9:15am until 2:00pm. So please plan accordingly. I wonder why so early? Is it because of SOP? No idea. ??
