Cumanya tak gemar bila dengar staff asyik 'merungut' nak break la, nak balik dah la.. Dah la bank tutup pukul 2 petang, aku datang pukul 12 tgahari pun korang dah bising cakap aku patut datang lagi awal, apooo!
Manager tolong didik sikit staff2 untuk tak tunjuk pada customer yang korang nak balik awal. Siap ada staff yang pergi 'minum' masa working hour sampaikan aku kena tunggu kau habis minum, apooo! (Dah macam kerja kerajaan kau ni)
Okay la boleh la .. Service slow but okay la ..
I just don't like it when I hear the staff busy 'complaining' about breaking up, wanting to go back .. The bank closes at 2 pm, I came at 12 noon and you are noisy saying I should come early, apooo!
Manager please educate staff2 a little so as not to show the customer that you want to return early. Ready to have staff who go 'drinking' during working hours tell me I have to wait for you to finish drinking, apooo! (It looks like your government is working)

β β β β β *BRANCH SEREMBAN* Kena tukar banyak staff malas dari lelaki dan pompuan meja receptionist sampai ke staff kaunter urusan semua lambat dan malas...mmg x sesuai letak org yg x kompeten utk kerja bank... ATM pun dah lama rosak x repair, kertas resit habis malas top up... Call minta info atas talian dorg suruh hadir, pastu pergi sana dorang suruh call...sbb dorg ingat sye bawak kete tuang air...Selagi pihak atasan AGRO x amik tindakan percaya la AGRO SEREMBAN xkan maju!!
* SEREMBAN BRANCH* Need to change a lot of lazy staff from men and receptionist desk pump to business counter staff are all slow and lazy ... mmg x suitable to place people who are x competent for bank work ... ATM has long been damaged x repair, paper receipts run out lazy top up ... Call ask for info online dorg told me to come, then go there dorang told me to call ... sbb dorg remember sye bawak kete pour water ... As long as the superiors of AGRO x amik action believe la AGRO SEREMBAN xkan forward !!
