 Excellent service. We arrived on Friday at lunch time to rent a car without reservation. Everyone took care of us. An hour later we will leave with the car. No scams and very welcoming staff! I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the car on Friday then wanted to call anyone to confirm my booking but sadly I cannot even get to anyone. I only received an email stating my booking number and pick up drop off location near KLIA1 OR KLIA2 OR MCR OFFICE SEGAMBUT. So I headed towards MCR Office Segambut to show them my booking itinerary. Turned out that they never received any email and the person incharge was supposed to prepare the car for me yesterday (Saturday) but she said she never received any email from any department. Then they asked me to go to KLIA to pick up the car.....HELLO! IF I CAN GO TO KLIA WHY I HAVE TO GO TO SEGAMBUT TO RENT YOUR CAR?! YOU THINK THE DISTANCE BETWEEN SEGAMBUT AND KLIA IS JUST LIKE SEGAMBUT TO MONT KIARA?! So the story now is they throw away the responsibilities from department to department... So this is the service of the so-called best car rental service in Malaysia is it? (At least before this case I still think that MayFlower car rental had a good service) Yes.. alright.. I got it.. thanks!
