★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel on hold for a week and says delivery is delayed for external factors, even overseas delivery faster than J&T, upgrade your service, given contact number also not reachable, then how we supposed to contact? Worst customer service, not deserved to be given 1 star too, just for the review post sake forced to give that 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why it takes 3 weeks for my parcel to receive. sudah request J&T HQ utk pick up but staff sini lied katanya takde report from hq. Bila suruh check rupanya ada, katanya dia cuba delivered petang 28/5. but up till now still no response. Warehouse penuh barang and I request to refund. unprofessional staff. very bad in handling the parcels.
