★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Hainese chicken n cost Rm7.00 per pack. The price for Melaka standard is high. Does not taste n smell like Hainese chicken rice. Also some rice not fully cook.

1. Mee Goreng - unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommended.
2. Hainan Chicken Chop - authentic and tastes delicious.
3. Hainan Steamed Chicken Rice - ok.
Price reasonable. Parking could be an issue as there are no dedicated parking lots nearby and the street is quite narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place where locals wake up to the smell of good food. I'm glad that I don't have to line up just to have my breakfast like some other places. It's a gem to have found this place by recommendation. Really Malaysian style of breakfast. Hailam style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy lil shop, not immediately recognisable from the front but packed on weekend mornings. The food is as authentic as it gets, with owners cooking & running service. Sure, service could be faster but for the quality of food u get, I'd be willing to wait. You have to get the chicken chop - deep fried chicken with amazing, tasty gravy and a side of mash. In KL, the sauce is usually a tasteless, gloopy brown mess. Here.... You want to lick the plate clean! It's only available on weekends tho, so be warned. The mee goreng is great too, add a dash of vinegar to up the acid. In short, this place is definitely a place that we'd return to over and over again.

Mee Goreng - well done. Noodle texture is aldente and spicy enough.
Chicken chop - well fried. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Their best seller is their Chicken rice. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try as we were a bit early. The Chicken rice is only available after 10am.
This place is pork free. When we were dining here, it gave us a vry muhibah feeling as you have other races who comes in to tapau as well. The owner is very friendly. They are close on Tuesday. Operating hour is 8am to 2pm. Parking is by the roadside.
