โ โ โ โ โ Kind of congested place while the staff look very busy and just proceed with car service without asking any complaint/problems from me. Quick service but unfortunately the waiting area is less comfortable compared to the one in Kepong. Overall still satisfied.

โ โ โ โ โ Think twice before proceed to this service centre, money pay problem not solved, given feedback the person in charge Michael claim is customer's issue to listen others technical advise ; Not listen to customer explain and blame customer ridiculous! Terrible service!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ 3rd party insurance claims service is good. Car out after a month with temporary fixed while waiting delivery from Japan. They attended car breakdown FOC b4 insurance claims settle. p/s: Michael, your workshop need to do spring cleaning already. ;)

โ โ โ โ โ Got my 2020 Mazda 3 Soul Red Crystal rear-ended and an insurance runner recommended this workshop. The insurance approval was very fast after the workshop received my documents. They ordered a new bumper for me and installed for me all within a week+ time frame. The paint job is not perfect and I can see some parts they missed out but it helped cover the damages from the accident. However, weeks after collecting my car my sensors are showing malfunction warnings, probably from improper installation or faulty sensors and my reverse cam is blurry. Am sending to HQ instead to check on these

โ โ โ โ โ I had accident twice a year. My first accident was hit by company truck at passenger door. The parts arrived fast and repaired in a short time of 2 weeks. The second time at was hit behind back bonnet and bumper was dented. The repair process was delay abit due to shortage of staff but Michael always follow up on the process of the repair time to time.
