Worse ever service I have seen, It has been 3 months my car is sent into this bloody workhop. Until today, it was still not ready. Just the back side of my car is banged, and it used more than 3 months to fix it. OMFG, I can't imagine if it is the front side that is bang. Will it take 3 years to fix?

Rude and arrogant Ms.Wan/Wah whatever her name is. My girl's car was stolen and found at 3 weeks later in Subang. Already mentioned to the staffs and tow trucker many times that the car lost it's rims and tyres only to find out that she wasn't informed at all.Best part is that she can retort that to me.Also said that I confused her the location of the car to be towed.Not gonna have the car towed to this workshop,finding another panel workshop to service me.

Very bad workmanship, had to go back almost 5 times just to fix window, even notice they give poor material for the replacement

The staff is not friendly. She told me my simple bumper repair and insurance claiming take 3 weeks to fix. Another workshop which fixed my sister's car only took 3 days for whole process. Will get my car fixed in another workshop.

Very good service. Efficient and reasonable charges. Prefer to cash payment. Workers not too friendly because of their nature of work but boss is very helpful and efficient.

I had terrible experience dealing with this workshop. Some highlights as follows; Pros 1. Very fast arrangement for the entire process i.e. vehicle towed to the workshop for repair, submission of documents for claim purposes, vehicle inspection by the insurance adjuster, issuance and settlement of bill, up until vehicle ready for collection. Kudos to the ex-employee, MS. LIM. p/s - I believe it will depends on condition / damage of the car. Cons 1. Inability to make estimation cost as it varies significantly with the total cost. 2. Customer needs to check and verify the bill as the breakdown may contain error or 'wrongly' calculated. 3. Lack of transparency as the workshop unable to provide prove or assurance that the replaced parts as per agreement. Customer is accused as lack of trust when posing a fair question for clarification purposes. 4. The workshop will be responsible (SUBJECT TO THEIR OWN TERM AND CONDITION) should anything happen to your vehicle under their custodian. 6. Lack of honesty and professionalism, cunning, rude, and arrogant staff namely MS. WAN, to deal with. She will make the call even without proper discussion / agreement with the customer. And when customer reacted, she will ask customer to tolerate instead. In short, NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Will cost you everything should you disagree with their absurd TERM AND CONDITION. Because they are so 'efficient', there is almost no space / room to discuss and mutually agreed prior to any decision.

IRRESPONSIBLE AND VERY RUDE...you guys can read and see for your self:- 1. I sent my car for body works and repair after an accident. After insurance approved, they repaired the car. 2. After i brought back the car, the next day i noticed there was a cracked on my windscreen which didn't have when i sent the car for repair. Dealing with Ms Wan: 3. The workshop agreed to replace it. 4. After got replaced, i asked what about my tinted - then she said i can bring to the tint shop next to her shop, i agreed provided they give the same specifications eg heat resistant 85% etc. 5. This is when she became so RUDE eventhough i still speak politely. 6. When i asked about my windscreen whether she replaced with original Honda one or customized one, she didn't answer. 7. You can see yourself the way she communicate in WhatsApp as attached. If you cannot see the attachments, you may try open it using Google Chrome. 8. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL but if you don't mind the trouble - it's your choice :) 9. This post is only to share my experience and educate other people. It does not mean other than that or any other ways whatsoever. THANKS :)
