"ENCIK RASUL" EVEN SHOUTED TO MY MOM UPON DELIVERING THE CAR (ARRIVED 6PM BUT PROMISED 3PM, AS USUAL NO UPDATES NO TEXT TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOWS, NOTHING) - VERY VERY RUDE
