★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So inconvenient to customers, as there is ONLY one entrance/exit which is facing to the road with many cars passing by, for such a huge service center, and considering of safety, it is really not acceptable.
N staffs there are not so welcoming, without any warm greeting to customers stepping into their centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing takes a little while but the customer service is slightly above average. Would hope the waiting times were reduced and i do not need to call so far in advance for an appointment or even at all. (Hint : Toyota workshops) otherwise its decent.
