★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MBE Ampang was very helpful and provided great customer care on delivering my parcel to embassy, when the parcel delivery needed to reschedule next day(Tuesday) because the initial delivery attempt was on a Saturday where my receiver(embassy) was closed, They helped a lot to connect with Customer care, and put a good effort to get it scheduled, A huge thanks for their help and great customer care. Parcel is delivered as scheduled now.

I have been her customer for more than 10 years and she has always been there through thick and thin. If you are an expatriate from any nation, concerned about maintaining the privacy of your home, and still needing to have one stable official address regardless of where you move around locally, I hope you will consider using this particular MBE, get to know Mdm. Sharifah, and you will come to the same conclusion that I have — that she treats everyone walking through her doors with the same respect as if it were her personal friend. My recommendation to all foreigners is that you open an account upon your arrival, maintain one address in Malaysia (with Mdm. Sharifah’s MBE) and have your mail and packages forwarded by her staff as necessary. Peace of mind is assured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Lazada seller and used to drop my packages at this outlet. Last week I did it and got a sharp rebuff. The attendant, which is usually quite polite, told me NO MORE LAZADA PACKAGE. I found out from Lazada that your company should accept them, and report if you don't. I suggest that you put your acts together and clarify the matter. In the meantime, it doesn't hurt to be courteous
