★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa perlu pick up kat sini sedangkan my postage address jalan pudu bukit Bintang.?!! We paid postage fee not for delivery halfway macam ni ! Tak cukup rider ke?. Tolong la rasa bertanggungjawab atas parcel orang. Kalau barang tu jenis cepat rosak, dengan masa korang peram macam ni, memang berulat rosak laaa !
 Why do I need to pick up here while my postage address is jalan pudu bukit Bintang.? !! We paid postage fee not for delivery halfway like this! Not enough riders ?. Please feel responsible for people's parcels. If the item is damaged quickly, with your time like this, the caterpillars are damaged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend avoid using this carrier service as it is unrealiable and as often unbarely slow compare to other carrier service as GDEX and J&T. I will list all the issues I've had while using this carrier and hopefully they will read this and try to improve. First of all, the lack of communication between customer and their customer service. As a lot of people may already know, trying to contact their customer service is not going to get you anywhere. They will either ignore your call or hang you up mid way through your conversation. This issue has been around since 2016. And I can't believe it has been four years and there's still no improvement regarding their customer service/customer support. Secondly, the astounding amount of time I got notifications telling me "unable to deliver parcel, please collect..." is just baffling. It's as if the postman never ring your house. I work from home so 24/7 seven days a week, 365 days a year I'm always at home. Nobody knocked the door, nobody rang the doorbell and all out of nowhere "unable to deliver because recipient is not at home". I don't know whether the postman is afraid of me or they just too lazy to even deliver. Third of all, their system is very bad. I don't think they use FIFO at all to be honest. There's 5 times that my parcel been kept for maybe one or two months. Even when the sender is from the same state as me. What a joke!. Last but not least, lost item. Oh boy, guess what. They do not compesate for lost item and if you're delivering a valuable item and it lost halfway because of their carelessness. Guess what, you're the one that lost. They're not going to take responsibility or compensate you.
Hope this deters people from using this carrier service. I'm hoping they would improve their service but by the look of it. It is impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to do parcel post and updated ASBN but staff service at Poslaju Ampang Point was very bad??. I do not know why it is very difficult to smile at the customer when doing work?. This rude attitude should not exist when serving customers. I hope all the staff can be professional and work politely!! Tq
