โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service . They donโt want to scan our shopee item . I keep calling my staff to wait there around 10minutes they only proceed for scanning . They say shopee update slow . But I did not check at shopee update , I check at Dhl update , they keep on saying they scan already . In the end I say scan for me to see . Once they scan the update at Dhl only change to item submitted to service point . I am not stupid at this . Please call your staff to scan infront of customer . If is lost who will pay for the item .

[ORIGINAL REVIEW]
This outlet is really poor handling SHOPEE parcel.
Please expect they will scanned your item 24 hours later, and don't call them around 1pm-2pm because the staff is on break time. Even they put a sign break unexpected time till 5:40pm, and sometimes they like to close early.
The staff don't want to scan immediately while you send over the parcel, and their only explanation is DHL system difficult to synchronize with SHOPEE.
Better go to Alam Damai or Leisure mall outlet, they will scan your items immediately. Just avoid this place!!

โ โ โ โ โ Probably my last time of visiting this branch of MBE. Visited on 21 August 2021 - 5:33pm. I was gently using my foot to push the door in order to avoid contact with the door handle, just trying to minimize the risk of touching the virus (if any). I got warned by the staff to use my hand on the door handle instead because they think my foot is dirtier and they have to clean the bottom part of the door.
Well, if thatโs the case probably I wonโt be visiting again. There are many other options around. If there is next time, I appreciate if you could use a friendlier approach to inform the customer instead.
