★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is clearly not ready for opening. Having the longest escalator in Malaysia is not a bragging rights when the mall do not even have 50% occupancy! Almost half of the place is still undergoing renovations and the mall is really empty.
I'd suggest give it another a month of two before visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless for international deliveries, might as well go to the courier of choice straight because easier to deal direct. What a shame for MBE.
I called at 2.10pm to inquire something- lady picked up saying she’s busy n asked to call back in 10 mins or she’ll call back instead.
I called again at 2.45 anyway and a guy picked up this time - also busy! What happened to the lady? And i asked what i wanted to ask anyway ( regarding prohibited international items) and he said he’ll check and call back.
No return calls from them at all. Such poor service. Not going there anymore. Only nice thing they did was provided me with a FedEx extra large pak. The rest was just tiring and a hassle.. they are not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is pretty empty. Some shops haven't opened despite the fact that the mall has long opened. There are not many people because there is not many activities to do here. (There is no cinema or gym) The traffic is very bad, especially during peak hour. But there is a link between the mall and LRT Universiti. So, it is really convenient if you travel by LRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much tenants inside the shopping mall yet. But, it is normal since the mall only open for few months. The mall design is good and there is fountain in the middle of the mall which is good for hang out.
