★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware getting ripped off by hidden charges!
We sent 23 rectangular pieces of paper for lamination that consumed 20 A4 laminate sheets at RM2 per sheet for a total charge of RM40.
After Exprint laminated the papers they informed us that they would charge a further RM33 to cut the sheets! Why didn't Exprint inform us of these cutting fees when we gave the papers for lamination? And since when are there additional fees for cutting laminated papers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to ask, if EXPrint can comb-bind A4-sized paper of 50 pcs. Staff replied, "Tengok dulu.. mungkin lambat". I told her, how can it be slow to bind 50 pcs of A4 paper? She said, "Tak tahu la kan"...are you even a stationary shop? Wow...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience in here. When first went up, can't really find the actual location of the srore. Called to the store and checked the direction with the staff yet the staff respond impatiently and beinh very rude, she even told me to just find it by myself.
Secondly, already mentioned the document wants to print all in black and white only but still print colour for the pages that contain logo or picture without letting me know which is very unnecessary. By the time make payment they just straight away charge you the price that including colour pages. Plus, lots of the black fonts in many pages even have mixing of normal black colour and light black inside which is so unprofessional. Well, expensive price is already expected since they mentioned they are "business convenience store" but still the service and outcome are truly dissapointed. Will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve a star. Poor services, lazy staffs. Wanted to print & do binding of training materials for my Company but was rejected by the staffs, asked me to combined into 1 PDF but my source files was was mixture of Powerpoint n MsWord which I can't combine, I would have done it if I can. I rather pay more to others than paying them. The staffs obviously doesn't care if they get businesses or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do what they advertise, cheaply, and fast. I wish all businesses were like this.
RM2 for printing and then scanning an A4 form (after I filled it). Took about 2 minutes, including the time spent waiting for emails to be delivered.
Excellent !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift, accurate and gets the job done. Value for money and they even supported for dropping prints (with receipt) near a friend's Condo @ Kerinchi since he was overly occupied and was living close by their Kerinchi office.
Keep up the good work guys and all the best. Happy New Year 2021 in advance!
~~ Good to notice they are working a lot to improve the communication with customer and I feel is the only weak point at the moment..
