The first time I came, they were so busy. Didn't consult or explain anything about the shipment process. Ask me to fill everything, pay then done.
They didn't update and follow up, always ignored my whatsapp. Went there twice just to get an update but too bad the respective person wasn't there and their workers are not helpful. Everything also donno donno.
Waited for almost 3 days just to get the tracking number. they gave me the wrong tracking number with no movement at all and gave excuse oh it's because Covid.
I contacted the courier service by myself, only to know they change the tracking number and proceed for my shipment the next day of the day they gave me the wrong tracking number.
Definietly my worst experience with MBE. The first and the last.

Scan right away Make sure you drop off parcel before 3pm for the same day pick up by courier.
Nice environment, Fast and good services provided. very friendly and helpful staffs. Indeed recommended ?
