★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went around 5pm...i waited while my number called, they dont inform earlier that I need fill up form before deal with pos laju counter. When I finish fill up form, then they entertain other customers. Another counter officer told me can go give at van at the outside for faster delivery, when I reach door for exit, someone closed the door infront of me and ask me use back door for exit. That is not efficient service...and only thanks to that one officer who gave proper info than others. Please imrove your customer service, deal with customer based on numbers they had waited, rather than skipped and give others while they fill up forms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your parcel arrived here just get ready to collect your item by yourself ?. They won't deliver at your house even they call you pretending they are on the way to send your item. But they won't. Don't trust it okay. A few times its happened to me. Bad service ever. I think is kind a trendmark by this branch. It is very embarrassed Gombak?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inconsistent employee. no communication whatsoever. One person can ship, another say cannot ship. when picking up parcel for delivery, always late pickup. if a few hours i can understand, but days?! unacceptable. when they do come to pick up, they insist on using volumetric and not weight. oi susah sangat ke bawak penimbang berat. kejar untung je pastu kurang ajar bila customer complain. be respectful towards customer. We pay for the parcel. its your job to actually DO YOUR JOB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All i can say that Poslaju can be either very good with their service or VERY BAD.
There is no in between. As of now, I think that they have been getting worse because sometimes their postmen don't even call you if your parcel has arrived and just marked it as "attempted delivery". This happened to my most recent parcel and I had no idea it was sitting in the delivery center for so long because I wasn't even notified that it had even reached me. By the time I want to schedule a re-delivery, my parcel is already on it's way to the seller in Singapore. Great, so now I have to pay extra money just to have it sent back to me all because of a lousy postman who can't even contact me properly.
I usually try to avoid Poslaju and J&T when it comes to online shopping. I usually prefer DHL (internation shipping they will use Poslaju so be careful) and Ninjavan. They are much safer to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have all 8 counters. Counter 1-6 for multi service counter. Counter 7-8 for pos laju. Most of the time only 3 counters are available to serve customers. Most of the time long queue here.
