★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The touch screen panel at the store with clutter display. It's not that organised makes the customers fumble with their orders. The learning curve is a bit steep. Not that user-friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait for 20minutes for spoon as i ordered porridge..the staff keep telling me, the spoon is on the way..but 20 minutes passed. Then, i'll ask the trainee (wearing white tshirt) within 2 minutes she comeback with the spoon..those who are in the counter just stay put and chit chat each other..no initiative to fulfill customer request. Imagine how can i eat porridge by using fork coz they give me fork..

Get good or pack up.
Better go to the next door kfc for better food quality and enjoyment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the most visited food place in aeon big especially if it pay week. most parents will bring their kids here for the happy meals. very friendly staffs and very hardworking. please those who eat here, pickup your foods and clean up a bit. show some ethics or be civilized.
