★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order things other than pizza. This is one of the side menu...it's a chicken wing, actual fact it's only half of the wings. If you coming with a baby / toddler think twice. Only two baby chairs available.

At the cashier, I asked for rib and thigh and the cashier said everyone asked for it thus 'no guarantee' (shocked by her answer as based on my experience KFC always obliges the customer's preference). With the numbering system, the wait to get your meal is really long. There were 11 customers ahead of me and I had to wait 20 minutes to get my meal.

What happen to KFC?
What happen to quality control? No Shortcuts as the packaging say?
Truly dissapointed and ruined my day!
So long KFC. I won’t be returning.
