โ โ โ โ โ Worst service experience in a McDonaldโs. So many people queuing to take their food but the number displayed doesnโt work so everyone had to listen to their number being called. Thereโs also food not being collected and the ice cream melt on the table.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst mcd branch ive ever been to. Its already 11.22 and they still don't have everything except 2 mcdeluxe sets???? Like, not even apple pie, porridge, other burgers, nuggets, and everything else. Just those 2 sets?? N the cashier was very unfriendly and looked highly annoyed. She stated tht there were 2 sets n i was confused n i couldn't really hear her. So i asked her to repeat n i asked for further clarification. I specifically said this "huh? Ouh sorry wht? How about porridge? Or apple pie?" And she rolled her eyes and didn't answered. She only nodded a bit while rolling her eyes on me. My friend had the same experience too so it was not just to me. To add to that, all of the kiosk counter was broken??? Couldn't get any worse than this. We ended up not buying anything n just went out since we were annoyed to by the cashier's treatment and due to no food othwr than those 2 sets

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday I ordered 3pieces of 3xspicy (take away) and was asked if I would wait for 15 mins and I said yes. And after waiting for about 10-15mins I got my order and went back. Only when I got back home I realized that it was just normal one and not the 3xspicy. Ofcause I was not happy about it because it was not worth the wait. I was asked to wait 15mins because of the 3xspicy and didn't even get what I ordered. Please do improve on not to give customers wrong order esp when it's a take out. Beside that the cashier was friendly and another stuff at the front, so giving star for each of them and also another star for atleast getting all my orders done without missing pieces.

Recently you have to place your order through the tge front touch screen before you check the cachier, I have seen a lot of customer's in line because the aren't familiar with the electronic system and nobody there to offer help

I have tried nasi lemak MCd for the first time it was quite good

First time I bough the 1 plus 1 would like to change drumstick to chicken breast , the supervisor told me that can change at order machine, I try before it canโt change anyways! Second time I order a nasi lemak set at counter and told cashier would like to take 1 pcs chicken but end up she order for me 2 pcs? N she keep saying is my problem I was order wrong menu? Omg! I was telling very clear I want 1 pcs chicken ok! Is not about the money, is the way U treat customer is not correct!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst. Service. Ever. I had to wait for almost an hour, just to get the food, imagine you only had an hour for your break/lunch time. There was no organized manner, it just all over the place. If you need to get the best experience possible, pls avoid this one.
