★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This BK Constantly gets Grab Food order wrong - almost as bad as BK Low Yat who always get the order wrong - it is not that hard folks! Also never get allergy request right - one day they will end up killing someone - totally useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BG should have proper training provided before putting staff at the frontline cos holding on to 2 lines of long queues as the staff at the other counter was helping out! Being put to wait for a long time to be served should not happen at fast food outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long day trip without eating during all day , my friend and I decided to go eat at Burger King. We noticed the staff was really slow.
after waiting our turn the staff didnt come to take our order leaving us waiting in front the counter, doing no eyes contact with us, and taking other customers order who were coming after us ...
Raciste staff, people from other countries do no stop there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you go there after 8 pm the cashier tells us what to order cos most of the items on the menu are already finish or out of stock. It happened to me several time and we ended up at KFC. If its a fast food chain shouldn't they cater for customer requirements till at least 15 min before closing
