★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really disappointing. When to purchase via drive thru. Bought 3 set of meals. Only provided 4 packets of chili sauce. Whn requested for more, they mention 1 meal only can give 3 sauce. But I purchased 3 meal, so at least complete the requirement of 3 per meal whc totals 9 packet. So reluctantly then thy provided. Whn we r buying a meal, we prefer all the condiments are enough for us the enjoy the meal. If we dine in, we can ask when not enough but take away we need it completely. When working in F&B, put yourself in customers shoe b4 providing the service. Remember, we pay to get the food, its not free. Dnt show ur face whn customer ask for more condiments. Not 1st time, many times this happened. Today I really wanted to let my frustration out.Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nearly for 15 minutes no one was at the counter, suddenly a malay guy shouted"lama tunggu tapi tak ada orang ke? It was very busy night, crowded, then a guy took our order 6 set of burgers. Told us must wait 10 minutes, we said ok. Then waited nearly 20 over minutes, our order all just throw in one huge bag, fries all dropped in. My mom ask the girl, is all 6 burgers inside? EVERTHING is like clumsy, can i check. The girl replied no need aunty all i dah taruk inside, it is difficult to Take out and check. Once we back home, 1 double chesse burger missing, again my mother drive there,call for manager but manager doing her work,she saw us,after waited for sometime, my mom got angry and call the girl who packed our food. It was like sampah, all throw inside one bag. Then the girl, throw all the fries and repacked our food, waited for some time for double chesse burger, CAME HOME BUT GIVEN US NORMAL CHEESE BURGER!!!!BETTER CHANGE THE MANAGER, THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME! ALREADY SEND IN COMPLAINT TILL NOW,NO REPLY!!!!!

Mc D was supposed to make sure sufficient supply right???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A memorable experience today. I almost got annoyed but ended up laughing in the end ( and made some friends). I lined up on the drive thru path...waited from 6:40 pm till 7:20 pm in my car. It was a long Q.
They did not even turn on the light at the menu display board. So when it was my turn to order I could not read the board and had to squint my eyes. Luckily I knew what I wanted. I ordered. Paid and drove to collect my meal. I was told to park my car and wait for those burgers. I waited and waited with few other cars.
By 7:50pm...I was restless so I went out of my car and joined the others who were also waiting for their food near the entrance. By the time I received my burgers...it was almost 8pm.
Anyway, the Spicy Chicken McDeluxe was good. Thick juicy meat, creamy mayo and fresh salad. The apple pie is my fav though. Crispy flaky crust and pipping hot apple pieces. I think the fries here are fried perfectly with enough salt just nice for my taste buds.
Staffs are friendly and nice. They were kind enough to apologized to us for the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time coming here. When we first came in, there was only one kiosk open and a few people queueing for the kiosk. At the time, the counter didnt have any cashier until a customer took the initiative to go to the counter and made their order there. Then the cashier finally started to call other customers to order at the counter. Apparently, eveb the one kiosk that was available out of 6 of them was...not working. Wondering if there is lack of maintenance here.

It is one of most popular fast food restaurants in the world, and preferred by a lot of people. The restaurants are very modern and cozy and always have a place for children to play in. It is also known for their Happy Meals, which contains a hamburger, french fries and the always desired toy. McDonald’s is my favorite fast food restaurant because it has everything I love. Their food is my favorite, the service is good and they have charities, which is very important. Overall it's been a great experience in this branch of McDonald.
