★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience all my life. At 9:51am Ordered 2 breakfast sets to eat in, my orders weren’t ready until 10:43am. Was informed by a service crew that one of my order was out of stock ? and realised 2 x hash brown were missing from my order. Reason given was short of manpower. While Drive Thru was congested. If you are not ready and short of manpower, please don’t open the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst fast food drive through outlet ever!
Waited for over 20 mins when there were only 3 cars in front of us. This is really an unacceptable service. It’s either you get in more compatible staff or you train your existing staff to be more alert and not have that “lembab” mentality.
There’s a reason why a restaurant is named a fast food. And furthermore, a drive-thru experience can only be achieved if your staff is efficient. Not only are they not efficient they also don’t have the apologetic attitude!!! They don’t have the courtesy to say sorry for the long wait.
You really need to buck up your service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 2 kiosks to take orders and during peek hours the 2 kiosk cannot manage the queue. They can serve u melted ice cream on the cone which is already dripping all over before u pick it up.
To improve: try and find space to put more kiosk as people tend to take more time to order thru the kiosk compared to counters. Be faster at delivering food as there are hardly any tables and certain items like ice cream will melt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, McD Edusphere is now open. Great location, close to residential areas compared to McD Cyberjaya at Prima Avenue. Just hope that this branch can help to reduce traffic / queue at Prima Avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Mcd planner and management. I spent 45 minutes to get into my turn on drive thru. It will troublesome for customer to come, since the road only can fit 1 car for each lane. We need to share the same road/lane queuing up for drive thru as well as for walk in customer to park car. Look at the burger i got, dunno what day they prepare. Same goes to my prosperity beef meat, don't even dip into blackpepper sauce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom is having food poisoning after eating MCD in this branch. The major cause probably came from the Ice Lemon Tea. Also, the food is not even warm, french fried, fried chicken, nuggets has gone stale, deserve a 0/10 for the standard. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Anyone who didn’t want to commit into clinic like my mom please be aware ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place but the self-service order system is flawed. If you chose "table service", table no is limited to 1-222.
However, some (if not all) of the tables in the premises are labelled with 300+. So, to complete the order, we have to either set it to take-away or enter a random table no between 1-222 and wave to the server as they're trying to find us ???
