★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fast food outlet that serves food slower then a full service cafe/restaurant. Was told by the server that the food would be ready in 5 minutes, but took 20 minutes, despite being told that I was in a rush and I could swap the order to something that is ready. The expediter and service staff seem like strangers and meeting for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Mc Donald's outlet. Hear me out, if you can, avoid at all cost. Ordered via grab, waited 1.5 hour (it's fine), but drinks are wrong (if runs out, have the courtesy to put an apology note) and they missed out 2 big pieces of fried chicken. Bad lunch. Unforgivable. Grab refunded me but still, I needed to incur additional delivery cost if I were to reorder. Definitely the worst Mc Donald's I've ever encountered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very very bad service from your staffs... i ordered ala carte 9 pieces of nuggets with 2 bbq sauces but u didnt give me any of the sauces...the sambal for nasi lemak was too little and you should fill that small container for the sambal properly. dah tau bekas kecil atleast isi betul2...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McD Nasi sucks. Along with the meal I ordered a 100plus, they gave me ice water, I drank it to find out it wasn't what I ordered, I'm not sure if the water was clean, I went to the counter they apologized. I was given a Sprite. This is a very bad managed McD.

I know what giliran is. Bila second time tanya still dismiss I and didn’t even tengok my face! I taksempat nak tanya!! I BELI ICE CREAM JE! AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 40 minutes just for the FU***NG ICE CREAM!!!!! Even the ice cream dia put melepek je atas cone! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE HEART TO LISTEN AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY IN RETAIL, LOOK FOR OTHER JOB THAT DOESNT DEAL WITH CUSTOMER!
