★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst MCD branch that I've ever been. Waited there for almost 45 minutes to get my foods meanwhile my foods were prepared. Then I noticed that there were no staffs to send the foods. I've asked for regular chicken and the staff gave me spicy chicken. Don't you know by looking at the chicken's colour??? The ice cream was half melted when I received it? I understand that the staffs were not really happy with alot of customers by the way they treated the customers. To the management, pls teach your staffs to respect customers and teach them to CURSE IN THE WAY THAT CUSTOMERS DON'T HEAR THEM!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had so many Filet-o-fish burgers in my life and never had one as ugly as this. The top bun is squished!!! Who squished the top bun?!!? ???? And the staff who handed us our Chocotop ice-cream didn't give us napkins, it was dripping all over my car! Really disappointed with the service here! ??

- must check properly before left otherwise, sure short some food which ordered
- never order french fries but cashier automatic order for me

- very slow service, it's not "fast food" anymore
- Supervisor ever said better choose table service (order thru machine), and the service will be more faster pick up order. However I waited almost an hour for my 5 sets meal.
Very poor service and management in Batu Kawan outlet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst Mcdonalds outlet I’ve ever been. Dirty tables and the outlet manager doesn’t even bother to clean up. Toilet also very dirty. Rubbish all over the floor. Just to pun cherry on top the chicken was not cooked properly. Nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fine. But the stuff attitude is terrible. Purchased big breakfast, hash brown was forgotten until I asked. Din provide enough cutlery, I need to request again. Then I would like to ask for black pepper and plastic knife. The lady nicely said dun have, but the guy behind said '"nak cari apa lagi?"
What kind of attitude was that? Isn't customer's right to ask?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a free standing McDonald's outlet, it is quite spacious and have many tables, can accommodate quite a number of customers.
Service is okay, staffs are still new and it is understandable.
Food are McD standard and quality.
Drive thru is wider and feels safer.
Hope the management can work with the city council to plant trees & shrubs to provide shade and make it cooler, the environment outside is very hot ,shiny and glary even in the morning
