★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making a comeback to Penang after many years. The quality and taste of the food was not bad, quite good. The fries was really nice, it was not smooshy or too dry. The cheeseburger seems to be more flavorful, but the portion is small though. The staffs were good and explained well about the menus.
The outlet is quite small though, I don’t think it can cater large number of people.
Located at Design Village, just few walks from the southern entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and unfair. I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me a mushroom shrill burger. They did not run out because my friend ordered one right after me and got his. After that since I was greatly disappointed I ordered a chocolate sundae. They only filled up half of the cup even though they did not run out of ice cream. They obviously don't care about their customers enough to actually fulfill the orders. Greatly disappointing and this experience has ruined all my liking for burger king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seating is rather "congested" especially at front area near to the counter. However the food was awesome ... ordered the burgers ... meat was very tender and nicely packed even if you are dining in. Definitely a good option considering lack of choices at Design Village. Hopefully we see more food restaurants open up in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BK is my all time favorite hamburger. It was a let down to see and experience such disappointment when I dine in at BK in designers Village. First I do not want to Blame the crew members. As a matter of fact I think they needed help. I only saw 2 of them today November 21 between 3pm and 5pm. 1 crew in the counter and 1 in the kitchen. It was pitty to watch them. The Trash bins are full, floor is dirty with spilled Cola, flies everywhere. It was disgusting to say the least. I hope management could take a look into this understaff BK branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely understaffed and slow service. Not sure how the management can allow the service to run with only 2 staffs in total for a weekend dinner service. Absolute insanity.
Have been sitting here for good 20 minutes. 4 more orders to go. Massive queue and people were leaving just looking a the queue. Owners obviously don't care running a proper operation here.
