★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so bad. I had difficulty in using the machine cause I wanted to redeem using my McDonalds app but to my surprise...none came to help. They all were just watching and staring but none came to help. Very bad service. On top of all, you are charging service fee summore. Unacceptable. Very not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service... for a medium fries, an ice choclate, 9 pcs nuggets and a happy meal took me about an hour at drive thru... poor management planning... had to wait 15mins to take the order, paid but no receipt given, at the dispense window was given ice choc and instructed me to wait at the waiting car slot with other cars which was waiting same as long as i am (6 cars in total) and caused a roadblock at the exit. After about 45mins, a service crew was car hunting looking for who's order what...

First time facing waiting more than 30min thru drive thru service. Got some customers wait almost 1 hours. No baby attend us to solve the problem especially the branch manager. Never see him came out to explain and apologize. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonald's has a reputation for very slow service particularly drive thru. We waited for 30 minutes in the car for a simple order of 4 takeaway coffee (no food were ordered) yet had to drive off without our coffee. The number of cars waiting for their own orders were pilling up with no numbering system provided to help the servers find the car for their corresponding drive thru orders. We were also not provided with a receipt upon payment at the drive thru payment window. Stay away from this McDonald's unless if you have time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waited for 30minute++ for take away and my food is still is still not ready. All workers work at front counter works very slow., the all customer after me also recieve the order. I ask the manager she ask me to wait with her hand. But really thanks to a short worker who can't talk or hear, because she ask her colleagues to check with my order but the other worker attitude is very poor, I've been asking when can I recieve my order and they just keep quite and ignore me. 15 or 20 plus workers in the restaurant still can't speed up the process? From 3 people waiting and and I'm the one who waited for 30minute+++ and ended up with a lot of customers, I've been seeing everyone pick-up their order and yet I still haven't received my order. For the first time I been waited a FAST FOOD for 30minute++. Last when I check my order 2 of my burger was MISSING! I was angry and told where is my burger. Worst experience ever
