★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only McDonald's outlet in Perlis which offers typical McDonald's fastfood. It is popular among people of Perlis and located near to Taman Bakau, Kangar. It has self serve ordering facilities, cafe and drive through. The parking is adequate for normal time but hard to get during peak time. The queue for drive thru is normally long but tolerable. Have a cafe inside. Other things are typical for a McDonald's outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only ONE McDonald's in Perlis, the place always crowded . Drive thru got a long line?. Try to get a sonic 2 happy meals toys today , unfortunately this week toys already out of stock, maybe i should get it as early as i can next time? overall it's nice to have McDonald's in PERLIS, TQ MCDONALD'S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service on Friday today during lunchtime. Avoid these hours if possible. Congested and understaffed. My already packed takeaway order sat at the pickup counter for 20mins without me knowing while I waited right at the pickup counter!!!!! They forgot to call out the no! The order no shld be displayed on the takeaway packs for easy identification. Are the customers supposed to go through each pack to check for our order?This branch manager has not been managing this place well! Cold fries and burgers are common too! However I did get an apology from the serving staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, this is a feedback from Perlis, this morning I went to MCD PERLIS ,My order number is 184, invoice number is 103363200004791, I do order today at 9.01am,but until 9.33am I still haven’t get the food, I thought in go to fast food shop but actually I just realize is slow food shop, so I decide give my food to other people , because I need to go but eventually I missed my train , so I paid RM26.20 for McDonald’s, then I waste and throw RM100 for my train ticket, what a good big company. I don’t feel the worker want to work there, because that time I just saw only have 2 or 3 order received, work like don’t care anything, if you think I’m just lying, you all can check the CCTV and see how they work, and how I was waiting in front of the desk. Moreover the staffs in the kitchen didn’t wear mask at all.
