★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Experience with Langkawi McDonald Staff. Very rude. I already in line make order with kiosk. While I am key in the staff came and ask me to set down and order with apps. After a while she left me while my account cannot log in and take time. I am asking why you not let mw order 1st with kiosk and after it teach me and not waist my time waiting to new setup. And she said oh if you want to order with kiosk go a head. How dare she can said like that after a I already que up before and already key in order me to sit down to do with apss.. so I need to que again.
PLEASE MAKE McDonald train your staff to serve better not just make people.like a ball..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ayam goreng is stale, despite 2nd replacement by the staff. Staff named Tini attitude is the worst. No sorry or thank you or whatever like I'm someone who is asking for problem. I doubt this restaurant hygienic.

One of several McDonald outlets in Langkawi. This one is the older style without the self-serve order kiosks.
Some sites state that it is open 24 hours but in fact it opens at 9 am.
No breakfast menu other than nasi lemak. Coffee is reasonable (I'd recommend the iced latte for those who prefer stronger coffee).
Indoor and outdoor seating.
Be careful when inside as the tiled floor is both wet and greasy at times!!
Cards and cash. People with mobility issues will be fine (other than the slippery floor noted above) as the restaurant is all on one level and can be accessed via a path from the front of the complex.
Oh - and they are still dispensing plastic straws so, do the right thing, and decline the straw!!
