★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must stop everytime, esp during cny season for prosperity burger. Now they have fish flavour but I still prefer chicken. Clean, nice ambience, not too crowded and a lot of seats including high stools ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst experience. Our queue number was skipped multiple times and we were left high and dry eventhough we approached the counter and asked a couple of times. Solid 50mins of waiting time. Eventually we resorted to call the manager Ms ?Nisa/Lisa - which not only failed to present herself promptly despite being at the scene at that moment - she had to be called out multiple times. The only thing she managed to say was ‘production belum siap’ and walked away, without offering a professional, proper explanation. Very disappointing. Poor management, poor attitude, poor communication skills, poor exhibition of the ‘fastfood’ concept. Hugeeee thumbs down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight is delayed due to bad weather and the malindo airlines gave me 3 coupon for breakfast. They told me I can redeem anywhere in airport. Each receipt 20 RM. So I went to MacDonald and ordered in 3 different bill. I was ready to pay extra bill. But the woman in cash counter denied and behaved like I'm a beggar at Malaysia who is having breakfast here free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly slow. Waited 20 minutes for the order and the wait staff was pretty uninterested in helping. Go somewhere else in the airport if you want to make your flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst performance in Mac history for delay in food readiness. System did not display correctly of the expectation that the food is under preparation/ ready… long queue and worst waited 30 mins still no sight of my order. I had to walk to the counter and told the staff I want to can cel my order that he walked back to the kitchen to grab my sole burger… internal Mac review team need to investigate the store issues thoroughly to bring back the reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet been relocated at corridor to aircrafts observation deck. With minimum manual counter, they put many self service orders counter. The good thing is you can order early before you enter the corridor to the restaurant. If the restaurant too pack, the services will be late also.
