★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always experience great service in Starbucks and that includes this Starbucks at KL airport. Overwhelming warmth welcome by the staff that almost give a heart attack. The place is well kept and even when the staff interacts, there were fun and laughter. I really appreciate the friendliness of the cheerful crew, and I hope they keep up the good work. That really display the wonderful true culture of Malays on this country.
By giving me a double cup Americano reflected their attention to details. Good job.
That is why they deserve 5 stars ratings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK coffee, yet untidy and the WiFi had zero internet access.
The food was pleasant, spicy chicken linguine, and the coffee OK, yet less than expected from Starbucks.
Staff attitude seemed poor too. They were mildly helpful, yet disinterested in creating a good customer experience.
This was especially highlighted by the response regarding the WiFi, "Yes, it is not working" which was very poor customer service.
If you want a quick coffee, and have zero interest in an enjoyable experience then it is fine.

That means: only disposable cups, which is disappointing in 2022. Also, the smaller sizes for the drinks are not written on the menu. Not honest.
Ok, a bad google review will not change a international coffee chain. But if these things were fixed I personally would not have much to say against it - the coffee is good (enough) for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks here is very dirty, sat here for one hour and no staff came to cleanup used cups. The queue was not long. They also cordoned off the window area causing the main area congested. No air cond in the cafe also. Used to be a very good place to chill while waiting to board our plane. Seems unbelievable to have such Starbucks branch …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in transit landed early in the morning, so me and my family enjoyed the sunrise from Starbucks. The coffee n breakfast was nice. Interior is very beautiful, service very good. But mineral water bottle price bit high.

There are different models of hot and cold and sweet sandwiches.Most importantly, it has a good view. And you can enjoy watching the planes take off and land. We liked this cafe.???
