The not so good
Kiosk machine has problems scanning Mcd app deals QR code.
Meal time took way too long. We chose Mcd to be on time but end up late.
Both the above issues are not one offs unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, very slow service. Waited for 30 minutes plus for drive thru order.
I was told to wait 30 minutes for fried chicken, and decided to order burgers instead (was informed that no waiting time)
Ordered
3 spicy chicken McDeluxe, 1 McChicken and 1 happy meal burger.
What i got
1 spicy chicken McDeluxe
2 McChicken in spicy McDeluxe wrapping
1 McChicken
1 happy meal with no toys
Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through speed has been improved, yet, stil way a lot of car during peak hours. However, delivery service will still send with missing item and no way to reclaim.

Nowadays, the ice cream that they provided also become lesser than compare to last time. Disappointed for the service...sometimes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management, the screen at drive thru is not functioning. We cant check our orders whether correct or not. Always getting the order wrong. Mistakes happens, but if its 2 out of 10,I still can accept, but it's like 8/10 order will get wrong. It's like your lucky day if you get your order correct here. There is definitely something wrong with your management.
Already spoke to manager regarding this
matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The contact number is unreachable, the delivery is missing a hot latte, even the free milo is here however the original drink from the set is missed out, no use if with the free milo.
And the branch is bad response, low range..
This is not the first time missed out, and actually few days ago my order is missing the free milo but I have no comment since it is free, the restaurant has the right to pull back the free drink.
However this time is missing the ordered hot latte.
I’m thinking maybe is the deliver person too thirsty? Lol
