★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldtown Tesco Alma is a nice place to have my meal . Easy to park my car and convenience for old folk or those with wheelchair. Especially my father who with wheelchair like here very much! The food here also very good taste. Worth it to spend here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here are so delicious. For my experience, so far this is the best old town coffee restaurant compare to other old town coffee restaurant in Penang and Alor Setar area.
The services are good with good location. A lot of free parking area. Located in the Tesco Alma, so after shopping can have a meal there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A soft boil egg takes 15 min to come out of the kitchen another 5 min to reach your table..... staff seems to be in their mood on whick order to serve first....even if you are the first to order before 4 customer... you will not receive your order thats why this branch has a pay first policy...

Food - Food is tasty and serve fast.
Price - Food is expensive but you will feel worth for the food quality.
Atmosphere - comfort, big space and relaxing
Staff - friendly and always helpful. Normal to expect smiling from them.

The food here is terrible, ordered nasi lemak cost 18+ ringgit but the sambal is less than a scoop of tablespoon. How you expect customer to eat with the rice??
Coffee ordered normal, came without sugar and diluted!! Better to get coffee from normal coffee shop.
No quality control and staffs need to be retrained by other Old town store.
I would not recommend this outlet even if it's the only one that is open.
