★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst McD I’ve ever been to. Since when sausage McMuffin comes with only HALF of the sausage? Since when bubur McD also comes in HALF? I already bought small bubur and then they gave me just half of that? Air pun tak penuh ??♀️ What’s happening? Ran out of ingredients? If that’s the case, don’t open a McD franchise man

Variety of items are as all other McDonald's outlet throughout Malaysia. High tech ordering system are available with payment through the vending machine or payment at the counter.

The restaurant are kept very well maintained and clean throughout.

Only one small problem on the day I visited there is the cash counter. I was puzzled with the cashier on duty. During attending to my payment, the cashier did some serving to other diners whilst I was left standing in front of the cash counter. Adding to that, I presume every staff of McDonald should already understand how to handle the cash register. I notice there are some problem accounted because the cashier keeps calling other staff what to do next. I did inquire whether is there any problem. The cashier said everything are going well but I have to stand there for almost 15 minutes before payment is completed.

I would like to suggest that McDonald should trained their staff before handling cash register as this delays the process and diners are lining-up to get their business done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable environment, food came soon after order. Order process done via machine, no need to queue up because there are a number of machines available. Price is ok ish, might be a bit on the high side. Latest menu is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Youngsters smoking non stop for 2hrs when theres an obvious sign saying no smoking. Spreading the outdoor air with their disgusting low-quality, cheap, stank cigerettes for patrons to inhale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had checked in to MySejahtera. Temperature was taken by the service crew. I was then asked if I were to dine-in or take away. Thereafter was told to place order at the kiosk. After placing the order and payment was made using my debit card, the kiosk had some system glitch. Quite few customers had the same issue but the crew managed to assist.
Collected my orders and sat down to enjoy the meal. The place was little crowded as it was lunch hour.
This place has indoor and outdoor seating which were kept clean. Washroom was clean too.
You can even order on McD app with your device while taking a seat at your preferred place.
This place also offers drive thru service. Wheelchair parking is also available at this outlet.
