Ordered via MCD app. And for 5th time they get the orders wrong. COME ON !! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR CREW. DONT THEY CHECK? amount has been paid, but you guys either miss an item or give the wrong item. Not once or twice. But 5. Hello manager, advice your crew members to check twice before they proceed with the order. Worst customer service.

Good place but they dont use the numbering queeing system very well.... Need an improvement on that matters

Came here during raya break for breakfast at 9.50am....one of the dirtiest surrounding McD. It took more than 25 minutes. We have to wait at the counter to ensure staff did not skip orders which they do. So many orders are not available and not updated in the menu. They are just fortunate there is no other similar fast food nearby. Extremely bad outlet carrying McDonald's brand. So many bad reviews and McD should run a proper audit or just close down this outlet!

Everything you expect of McDonald's. With a playground. Perhaps shortage of parking lots. And sometimes can get long queue. Good that the drive thru has been upgraded from a single lane to a double lane. The parking lots have been reduced of course. In side the restaurant, the seatings have also been changed. Some seats have been removed, to make way for the McCafe counter. With COVID-19, there are slightly less dine-in customers. But the crowd can be big still during the nights and weekends.

Always no coke, cause the deal in apps always cannot be redeemed. Coke is unavailable for more than half year already. Staff quickly click "complete order" on their own system to make their KPI look nice.But actually the order was not even complete yet. Always can see a lot of the food stacked at the counter ?????

This McD's branch is the best. The service at the counters, crew service, food ordering system, and payment system is excellent. Spacious and functional dining table is lined for physical restriction in these covid-19 seasons.

Kindly advice that the way the restaurant handling it's customer personally I felt inappropriate. I don't know what will be the waiting time they should and must compel the staffs to send out food for those that they had picked order and collected money? This is the first question I am wondering. Secondly, do they alert what will be the impact for those who had ordered substances which are easily melting at the moment of keep waiting? Subsequently, will it be a proper way to commit to public responsibilities for a tremendous vehicles keep waiting until obstructing the traffic? Continuously, is that a sense that such a multinational company to have only one staffs walk around and attending such a huge amount of waiting customers outside the restaurant? My comment is without prejudice but subject strictly to my own horrible experiences this outlets. I have a doubt in what logical and cognitive sense they have for preparing two pick up lanes with only one staff and yet permitted a long queue and full the two lanes to wait for turn rotate to pick up order? Ultimately after a rush hour and hazardous circumstances at pick up point then another challenges ahead which stuck again at the payment point. Until one day I offered myself and walked out from my car and went to collect my food and beverages. Another suprise that in fact my meal was ready but just put it inside the preparation counter. No wonder why I was in such a great puzzled how come a simple meal could take such a long time. My lengthy words means not to condemn but sincerely draw to the management and the managing board of directors to seriously, critically and objectively look into all above commented point for your perusal and consideration.

Not first time having this kind of mistake.. today worst.. ordered two double beef burger…. Both burger also wrong, only single layer… slow service, always missed out items, and didnt give gift above spending rm30, disappointing
