High depend mean good busy good bonus why customers need to be scold or see ur staff attitude?

2. Staff friendly and good service.
3. Porridge, burgers, fries and apple pie were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Quarter Pounder Value Meal at RM15.90 from this outlet. The quality is really appalling. Other than a sloppy presentation, the bread was flat and the patty was dry. I never knew McD’s Malaysia approves such awful quality to be served to their customers. If I was trying McD’s for the first time today, I’ll never set foot into their store again. Well, I certainly won’t return to this outlet because I feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDs is right around the corner from my residence and bodes well for emergency meals at odd hours. My last visit was at the stroke of closing (approximately 11:45 pm) and yet the service delivery was top notch. Great staff with top tier McDs available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a nice place to gather and meet friends and is still is. Service today was poor as waited sometime for my order. People with later queue numbers got theirs first while I am asked to wait. When I finally got my order, the fries was cold as had been place there for sometime. Later ordered a sundae and saw it being done but number wasn't called till I asked them otherwise I would have got a melted sundae.
