★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of pancake i ordered today is very very poor. It is very very dry and powdery. It seems like the food was not prepared properly or mixed well hence the powdery texture... or it could have been yesterdays pancake but was not sold and was just reheated... The other things are acceptable and torelable but the pancake today is the worst ever i have tasted... i am very dissapointed because i believe that food should not be wasted but this pancake is not palatable.... i always teach my children to finish the food in their plates but this is the first time that i was unable to finish my food in front of my children.... ?
Note:after writing this review i opened up the lid of the coffee i am drinking so that i can drink it in one gulp and surprise.... i saw an insect swimming in my half consumed coffee... (see pictures)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always my go to McDonald's cause they allow you to takeaway in your own container so you won't generate any waste! Just ask the staff nicely. :) Also, I find their food freshly made and so far their fries have never been soggy! Yum yum!

Food experience: 3 star
Their fries are soggy even dining in.
Food presentation on fillet'o'fish and chicken burger seem to be like coming out from murder crime scene, is everywhere :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and quick service. Only 2 ordering booth. There are staffs on standby to assist you outside the restaurant and next to the ordering booth. Ordered for a family of four, we just sit down at the second floor to dine in and the staff delivered our order to the table very quickly. When we want to refill our sprite, the staff was very accomodating. Overall great experience.
