ζ·‘ type compared to Klang's type. Quite good tough valued with great taste and portion. Recommended for a try if u were there.

β β β β β They have shifted to new building just opposite their old site. It is a favorite BKT among the locals. Fast service, delicious and satisfying. Been coming back to fulfill BKT cravings for the past 20 years. Can get extremely crowded during weekends and public holidays and there might be a wait.

β β β β β Year in year out this restaurant has always maintained their standards. Pricing is consistent and affordable. No regrets eating here from time to time even if it means having to do some travelling. If I could eat here once every week, I would. Better than Kee Hiong Bak Kut Teh.

β β β β β One of the best BKT in PJ. The broth is thick and flavorful. They used to operate diagonally across the road. Parking is still a challenge when dining in. We came during the MCO, so we took away. To our surprise, the portion when you take away is much more than dining iin. Give it a try.

β β β β β Someone mentioned in a previous post that takeaway has much more portion than dining in. That is still accurate this week. We dined in and take away the same week, and the portions are more generous in the takeaway.
Service is fast and efficient in both takeaway and dine in. In fact takeaway was faster. It took me less than 10 minutes to order, pay and collect. Very efficient service. Am also very impressed with the level of cleanliness in the kitchen.
ps. Go early if you want fried crullers with your bak kut teh.

β β β β β Treasuring the memories of eating there when I was still a little girl until now (over 40 years).This is the 3rd place they have moved to but still in Old Town. Loved that they keep to their tradition of serving each dish in separate bowls. The taste of the broth remains flavourful & I still like the juicy black mushrooms, liver, stomach & intestines. ?????
