★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff in picture below deserve at least 2 star from my review. He is friendly , helpful and hardworking. He help my little daughter to carry the food to our table. He helped other customer to get their pending order. The most important thing is he always smile to the customer. I think all MacDonald should learn from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. It's has been a long time did not go to McDonalds since their quality dropped even before MCO. But sometimes I do craving for their Mc muffin breakfast. Just like today. Unfortunately, this branch don't serve breakfast as this open 11am. So I wait till about lunch time.l had order Mcdeluxe chicken set. I was happy to get my food when the service crew send to me. I'm very hungry. I was shocked.
1) French fries size became slimmer.I think they get diet programmed over many years.I used to love the French fries very much.
2) The pattie also very small..really really unexpected. I thought they wrongly gave Mc chicken burger to me but its not. It's correct.
3) the vegetables & mayonnaise only on top of the pattie. bottom don't have. I ask the service crew.He said it should have, so he send my burger back to kitchen. After came back from kitchen, another surprise to me.
OH... My God!! They stuffed the vegetables on my burger like nobody business.(another word to said- they are not happy about my feed back). Been told it was the Manager Kak Maya who stuffed the vegetables.
All my appetite gone after I saw my burger.
I just wondering, is it I'm too long did not drop in McDonalds so they had change a lot of their SOP, their product, their ingredients.
May be someone can tell me...
Compliment to the service crew-Ahmad Hafiz. He is a very polite, friendly, helpful boy.
