★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, we were waiting waiting for so long in a counter and they closed the counter suddenly and asked us to stand in the other counter and we were waiting for 30 minutes after that meanwhile, they didn't had the courtesy of informing us that all the burgers are finished which really made me so angry and I can see the repercussion of this outlet if this goes on, this is the most worst burger king I have ever been to

Only RM29 for one family meal (2 adults, 2 kids) for fast food restaurant. It worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to counter to order just 2 sets + 1 pack nuggets. Changed 1 drink to hot tea though. Cashier could not give even charge correct amount. Had to go around asking 4 different colleagues. Wasted almost 25 mins at counter. Hot tea became lukewarm tea. Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EAT / ORDER FROM HERE. If I can give this zero stars I would. Because you are cheating your customers. Where my add ons at? Drove some distance to pick up my food after ordering with FOODPANDA during MCO. And got home with a burger that is a disappointment. I know the add ons might not come to a huge amount, but hey, why did I have to pay for something I didn’t get? Contacted FOODPANDA to tell them about this and all they could say was, you have to contact the restaurant yourself. Then I proceeded to try to call the outlet and nobody picked up after calling for 3 times. Reflected the issue to FOODPANDA and they still said I have to contact the restaurant myself. Honestly, this is not usually a big problem for me but it is really upsetting as this was my cheat meal, but I guess I got cheated instead.
