β β β β β This MCD outlet is very very busy and most of the times I came, they are busy. Once I ordered my nasi lemak and they forgotten to give me my sambal lol. Had to request it from the counter. Seems to be many staff working there but order will still get messed up and slow. Maybe this outlet is really popular for dine in and delivery.

β β β β β Minus 1 star for second time preparing the wrong order. Ordered spicy beef with egg twice but only give spicy beef burger WITHOUT egg
Minus 1 star for no compensation for second mistake. First time compensate fries but second time NOTHING
Minus 2 stars since I asked to feedback to the Manager on duty but was ignored!!!
I'll totally minus and give 0 stars or even negative stars if I can. It's not about wanting the compensation for your mistakes that I'm looking for but McDonald's Malaysia gives the totally WORST service ever compared to overseas franchise. Shame on you McDonald's Malaysia!! PLEASE WAKE UP AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE ASAP ..... A LOT MORE!!!

β β β β β This outlet serves hot and better fries compare to other outlets. And most importantly their coke has gas?
Just that the staffs sometimes tend to forget give the bbq sauce to my nugget set.
Pros:
1) the coke has gas and nice to drink
2) fries much better than other outlets because is always hot and crispy
Cons:
1) could be long waiting if crowded
2) forgetful
Overall, the food quality saves their service quality, therefore got 4 stars.
