Very bad customer service. Already booked and ordered for iftar (buka puasa) @ 8pm. Suddenly at 8pm the infront staff told us to queue up again and order again. Confirm with other staff table and food are ready. But the other staff scold us and ask to queue again. The staff quarrel each other. And finally we was scold and ordered are cancelled. She said no booking at 8pm allowed. But the other staff already took our booking earlier and food are served. She is a free hair lady with cap. Really should give her a course on customer service. Very bad experience. So sad and really disappointed. Btw credit to the guy staff who being really nice taking our booking and order. Shame on the girl staff who treat us like crazy in front of other customers. I got the video and photo of that girl staff, but i dont really want to give her any trouble especially in the holy month or Ramadhan .

This restaurant is gradually losing its food taste & also staff. Had to wait in the que for 35 min before given a table to seat. Ordered steamboat and some dishes did not arrive till asked. The manager in charge was a nice guy as he informed the delay was due to staff shortage.

The way they put the tomyam is like feeding dog. One of the waitress didn’t even give us a plate when we asked politely already

Order from a Panda Pickup, arrived at exact time was not ready and ask the waiter response was not so attentive. I waited another 15minutes had enough went inside ask said that order been skip. They can't resolved the problem, so i ask make a new one and ask delivered to me. So they did but i received it but still F it up miss my Mini Tom Yum

0/10 Super Bad Customer Service The worst customer service ever. We called from kajang and they told us to come, when we came they rejected us because the restaurant is full ( when we called they said you can come). This was beginning of Ramadan Another time which is today April 26th, we came and entered they told us rudely wait outside. I fully understand that when the restaurant full you cannot enter BUT should be said in polite way. Then we waited outside ( we were the first on waiting ). While waiting a waiting q happened, the lady came and asked us to wait at the end of the Q mean while WE WERE AND THE FIRST AND SHE KNEW THAT. I’m really regretful for wasting my time on this That’s really inferior and poor Service.

Very poor and slow service. We ordered steamboat ala carte and it took really long for them to bring out the items. The waitress saw our empty table and asked a stupid question whether we've gotten our food or not. On top of it all, when the steamboat ingredients arrived the induction cooker stopped working. No one told us anything about it, we had to ask what's wrong and then only they said that there is a problem with the electrical circuits. When asked how long will it take for them to rectify the problem, they just simply said 'we don't know'. No common sense whatsoever.

Located at 3rd Level, the food was great with a very affordable price. The tag show "Please allow us to seat you" but unfortunately there was no staff to welcoming us, when we have our seat, the staff said for toddler with baby seat and stroller need to sit at corner for the robotic cat send their orders, that was acceptable but the staff and manager, need more cme and class in f&b for how to treat customer even with 3 customer, no chaotic scene but still very unwelcoming face, cheer up, so then maybe you really deserve the customer service charge we paid you.
