★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago, I went to this McD outlet through the drive in route. I place some food fright chicken 3 pieces, 2 sets fillet o' fish, 1 chicken burger and 2 sets children nugget. Payment made according to the items order. The drive in lane was crowded and the queue was long. At the delivery window, I was given 2 packs. I was able to check the items in the 2 packs due to the long queue behind my car. Upon reaching home, I found out the 2 set of chicken nuggets was delivered in the packs. I made a complaint to the delivery window staff during my next visit. However the staff ignore me and did' nt acknowledge my complaint. Kindly request the staff on duty at the delivery window to check thoroughly whatever foods ordered according to the bill listing before handing over. The client is unable there and then due to the long queue. Please give good service to the public and don't cheat us. Unhappy to the incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at McD Tampin. All of the staffs were entertaining drive-thru customers to the extend they have *a lot* of backlogs of customer that ordered for take away. I waited patiently at first till I lose my temper. We waited close to 2 hours, some even waited 2 hours+. Called for their manager but she didn't attend to our calls (people starts to call the manager out of anger). We even had to self-service, shouting out the ticket number and asking if there's anyone with that order number. All in all, very bad experience 1/5 ⭐ (actually doesn't even deserve a single star) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spot to lepak with friends. Overall cleanses good and well maintained. Very spacious and more sitting position. I personally recommended that make sure the que of drive-thru before enter it.
